All workshops and retreats fees include two coaching sessions with me over Zoom conferencing. In the first session we focus on preparing your mindset and intention for meditation. In the second we recall the meditation, and look for ways to apply your experience to your daily living.

All participants are also welcome into my Community Integration Circle, which I offer monthly on Zoom. There is no additional fee for these pre, post, and monthly sessions.

I've developed protocols based on CDC recommendations for maintaining safe and sanitary spaces for in-person events. Everyone will receive and be asked to agree to protocols in advance of arriving.

If you or I are not feeling healthy - even as late as the day of - we'll reschedule your participation to a later date. A minimum charge will be applied for fixed costs based on timing.

If the cost of a service or event would prevent you from participating, please initiate a conversation with me. Especially in these critical times, let’s find a way through together. Financial support is often available.
